Borla has been creating legendary exhaust systems for years. With the new development of the JL and JLU, Borla has continued on with the Wrangler lineup! This exhaust system is an axle-Back replacement to your factory exhaust. The Atak edition has an aggressive exhaust note, however it does not drone on the highway and features a dual exit for better performance!

Installed behind the rear axle, Borla ATAK exhaust systems replace the factory rear muffler and exhaust pipe. Following the same output path and secured using the original hangers and rubber isolators, Borla performance exhausts are less restrictive than factory exhaust systems. Welded tips are standard on most Borla systems.

ATAK (Acoustically Tuned Applied Kinetics) technology is designed for high-performance purists who prefer exhaust sound over their stereos. ATAK-equipped exhaust systems deliver the highest available dB (decibel) levels in the Borla street-legal lineup. Unlike other brands that lose a significant quality of their sound at higher volumes, ATAK systems work like an acoustic equalizer to shape and focus sound waves for optimum high-volume output. They are calibrated on a vehicle-by-vehicle basis and are specifically-tuned to deliver the most desirable sound.

Most Borla exhausts bolt on to the factory service point on your vehicle's stock exhaust. These can usually be completed in an hour or less! For vehicles that do require cutting, Borla includes easy instructions and hardware needed to complete your install.

Borla exhausts use 304 stainless steel tubing, a metal with a high amount of nickel and carbon. Originally designed for aircraft use, this material won't rust or corrode.
