RubiTrux Terms of Business
Since 1997, we have been providing our in store customers with top quality Jeep/4x4 products and service. At RubiTrux.com, we strive daily to provide our online customers with the same experience.
The average online order placed before 2:00pm ships from our Boone, NC location the same day. Our online system can only process orders from the 50 US states. It is also unable to process expedited shipping requests in the cart, this includes Next Day, 2nd Day, etc. If you need to make special shipping arrangements, please call us 828-675-8789 or email us email@example.com. Shipments of high value products (over $250) will require a signature for delivery.
Alaska and Hawaii Customers: We have shipping set up to charge in the cart, we do reserve the right to call with a quote if the quote is higher than what is charged in the cart. This is not a common occurrence but can happen. We recommend completing your order and letting us contact you if need be. Most times there is no addition shipping surcharge.
Many of our products (bumpers, lift kits, etc.) are considered "overweight" by standard carriers. These items are better shipped by truck freight to a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift. If you order contains such items, we may contact you to make the best possible arrangements. Products shipped by freight must be received by a person and signed for. They can NOT be left unattended. In the event of rural area shipping, there may be additional shipping charged even if going to a commercial address.
All packages should be thoroughly inspected before a delivery is accepted. Packages with obvious shipping damage should be refused immediately. If a damaged package was uninspected at time of delivery, please contact the carrier immediately to report the damage. All claims must be made with the carrier within 7 days of delivery.
"In Stock" Items
Products identified as "in stock" are usually available to ship within one business day. Despite our best efforts, a products availability may not be correctly updated on our site. If you place an order for an item that is not available to ship within two business days, we will contact you as soon as possible.
A product may be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as it is unused and in like-new condition. Any product which has been used, installed or even partially installed, is NOT eligible for a refund. Returned products must also be in original packaging and contain all manufacturer documentation. All Take-Off and Used Product purchases are final. Purchaser accepts all liability of take-off products, RubiTrux is in no way liable for these parts. Powder-Coated and painted Items - These must be returned in perfect condition, otherwise we cannot offer a refund for the products. Pictures will be provided to the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to return coated products in perfect condition. Damaged coats are not in "resellable condition." This policy also applies to returns damaged during shipping, RubiTrux is not liable.
All Returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. No returns on special orders, this includes built to order products.
Shipping is non-refundable. If a returned product was originally shipped to you for free, the original shipping cost incurred by RubiTrux will be deducted from your refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping a returned product back to RubiTrux. If you refuse a package shipment there will be an additional lead time to your refund and it will not be processed upon the return delivery to RubiTrux. The refund will be processed when we receive the return charge from the shipping carrier, this can take up to 14 days.

Warranties and/or Guarantees
RubiTrux is an authorized dealer for all the products we sell. Therefore, all of our products are covered by the third party manufacturer's warranties and/or guarantees. If you need a product serviced, please contact the manufacturer, this is the fastest way to resolve your issue. If you need help contacting the manufacturer or obtaining a copy of your invoice, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Do NOT send the product back to RubiTrux, as this will slow down the process of resolving your issue.
RubiTrux does not cover miscellaneous expenses including labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, dock or storage fees. RubiTrux shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including without limitation, indirect or special damages as a result of product defects.
