The MetalCloak Game Changing Duroflex Joints are the only vulcanized elastomer, self-centering joint enhanced with DuPont Kevlar fiber – providing incredible durability with more misalignment in the control arms and better vibration dampening than anything else available; exclusive to MetalCloak.

True Dual Rate Coils provide the most comfortable and stable ride over traditional single rate lift springs, and provide better load handling than the typical "progressive/multi-rate" coils. The Durotrak bushings reduce noise, vibration and harshness that can be transferred to the driver and provides a smoother ride while also improving the vehicles steering input. The patented bushing is a two part design that can rotate 360 degrees in a vertical plane unhindered while minimizing horizontal forces to keep the Jeeps axle centered and you going in the right direction.

MetalCloak suspensions are designed to optimally be used with the patented MetalCloak 6Pak Shocks for maximum up and down travel. The MetalCloak exclusive RockSport Shocks provide the next longest travel you can get with the simplicity of a standard shock and share the same valving as 6Paks; this is a great option if looking for a no-maintenance option at a great price. The choice is yours to buy the suspension with or without shocks; we recommend the MetalCloak specifically tuned shocks but we leave the choice up to you.

RockSport Long Travel Shocks - It’s not just a shock, it is a piece in a tuned system. This is not a typical bolt on shock. RockSport shocks are valved and specifically tuned to work with MetalCloak True Dual-Rate Coils. MetalCloak has refined the RockSport Shocks compression and dampening to provide stable, yet compliant manners for daily driving and also in situations where Long Travel articulation is needed to keep the tires planted on the ground.

6Pak Long Travel Shocks - The compact long travel solution. Specifically designed for applications where space is paramount and travel will be maximized. The 6Pak compact shock body extends shafts from both sides of a floating remote reservoir/body providing more extended length than ANY other shock that bolts into factory locations; the long travel capability is contained in the smallest compressed package providing maximum up travel also. MetalCloak's Floating Shock Body Technology (FST) provides a game-changing platform featuring parallel shafts extending from the 6 tube floating body. The shock is centralized with dual opposed, nitrogen charged reservoirs that give additional cooling capacity along with up to 15 inches of travel. The compact, compressed body of the 6Pak is small allowing the lower shock attaching points to be trimmed and moved up for additional "under clearance" without sacrificing travel. Now the problems of low-hanging shocks or limited travel because of typical shocks are completely eliminated.

Adjustable height front and rear bump stops are a MetalCloak first and allow you to adjust the travel to be tailored to the size of tire you have optioned for. Add more bump stop or remove to adjust to the clearance you need without having to remove the coils.

All MetalCloak suspension components are designed for maximum up and down travel while providing the best suspension geometry available to deliver the performance you demand.

MetalCloak components have been proven safe with the FMVSS certificate of safety configured with 37" tires, full body armor and suspension lift.

Notes:

• DRIVESHAFT WARNING - Due to the long-travel MetalCloak suspensions provide, factory drive shafts will not work. An aftermarket driveshaft will be required.
• If using stock wheels you must have a 1.75" wheel spacer. If using aftermarket wheels the backspacing required is a maximum of 4.75".
• MetalCloak does not recommend powder coating your True Dual Rate Coils. See instructions for additional details.
• We recommend you have a suspension specialist align your Jeep once the suspension is installed.
