The Revolution Gear and Axle Discovery Series front axle kit provides a chromoly upgrade for Wrangler JK models equipped with a Dana 44 front axle, factory locker, and 30 spline configuration. The matched components support straightforward replacement.
Kit contents: two 4340 chromoly inner axles, two 4340 chromoly outer stub axles, two Dana Spicer 5-7166X U-joints, and eight full circle snap rings. Discovery Series axles include a 10 Year Limited warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects, axle breakage, bent axles, and twisted splines. U-joints are covered for one year against manufacturing defects. Bearings and seals are wear items and are not covered.
