The Revolution Gear Discovery Series rear axle kit strengthens the Wrangler JK drivetrain with 4340 chromoly 30 spline axles for the Dana 44 rear. Each axle arrives with bearings, seals, and retainers pressed on for a quicker install, and the shafts are drilled for both 5x5 and 5x5.5 bolt patterns. Ten wheel studs are included and ship loose for safe transport.
This kit is designed for non-Rubicon Sport and Sahara models and includes a 10 Year Limited warranty from Revolution Gear and Axle covering manufacturing defects and axle breakage, bent axles, and twisted splines. Wear items such as bearings and seals are excluded. Wheel studs should be installed with red threadlocker and torqued to 90 ft-lb.
