This Revolution Gear and Axle Discovery Series front axle kit is built from 4340 chromoly to increase durability on Wrangler JK platforms using a Dana 44 front axle. The kit uses heavy duty 1350-style needle-bearing U-joints in place of the Spicer 1350-style 5-7166X to provide a robust connection and added joint clearance for tighter turning compared to smaller joints.
The package provides matched components for a direct axle shaft upgrade and is compatible only with the factory locker on applicable Dana 44 front axles. Coverage includes a limited 10 Year warranty on axles against manufacturing defects and breakage, with U-joints covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects.
