The Revolution Gear and Axle Discovery Series rear axle kit upgrades Jeep Wrangler JL Non-Rubicon models equipped with the Dana 44 rear axle (M220) and 32-spline shafts. The 4340 chromoly construction is engineered for strength, and each axle arrives with bearings, seals, and retainers pressed on for a straightforward installation. Wheel studs are not included; original studs can be reused. This kit does not fit the Jeep JT Gladiator.

The rear axles provide dual wheel bolt patterns of 5x5 and 5x5.5 to support common wheel choices. The kit carries a 10 Year Limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and axle breakage, bent axles, and twisted splines. Wear items such as bearings and seals are excluded, and the warranty is non-transferable. Revolution Gear and Axle may offer replacement or credit after the first claim.
