This Revolution Gear and Axle Discovery Series front axle kit fits 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Sport and Sahara models equipped with a Dana 30 front axle and 27 spline axles. It uses 4340 chromoly inner and outer shafts paired with larger Spicer 1350 style U-joints to increase strength and provide extra clearance for tighter turning.
Kit contents: Qty 2 4340 chromoly inner axles, Qty 2 4340 chromoly outer stub axles, Qty 2 Dana Spicer 5-7166X U-joints, and Qty 8 full circle snap rings. Axles carry a 10 Year Limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and axle breakage, bent axles, and twisted splines; warranty is non-transferable. U-joints are covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects. Parts subject to normal wear, including bearings and seals, are excluded.
