The Revolution Gear and Axle Discovery Series rear axle kit delivers a 35 spline strength upgrade for Jeep Wrangler JL Non-Rubicon models equipped with the M220 (Dana 44) rear axle. Each axle shaft is manufactured from 4340 chromoly for durability and shipped pre-assembled with bearings, wheel studs, seals, and retainers to speed installation. The shafts are drilled for both 5x5 and 5x5.5 bolt patterns to support common wheel choices.
This kit does not fit the Jeep JT Gladiator. A 35 spline aftermarket locker is required for installation. Compatible locker examples referenced by the supplier include Eaton 14313-2 and ARB RD246.
Revolution Gear and Axle backs these Discovery Series axles with a 10 Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects and axle breakage, bent axles, and twisted splines. Bearings and seals are considered wear items and are not covered. Warranty is non-transferable. Country of origin: India.
