This front camera kit requires the Tazer JL Mini to activate the “cargo camera� input on your screen. The compatibility with Tazer JL Mini allows the camera input to be activated at any time, in any drive mode, and at any speed. This feature makes it an ideal trail camera, as well as useful for parking assistance.

High-Quality Standard Definition (480i) Camera

Although the cargo camera input is not a high-definition input like the backup camera, the Z-JT-CAM kit includes a high-quality standard definition (480i) camera. This ensures clear visibility and reliable performance, suitable for both off-road adventures and daily driving scenarios.

No High-Definition Cargo Camera Input Limitation

It is important to note that there is no way to add a high-definition cargo camera input to the Jeep radio. However, the standard definition camera included in this kit offers sufficient clarity and performance for most on-road and off-road applications.
