Now we know Jeep has since released the Jeep Gladiator, but this Brute conversion came way before the Gladiator was ever even thought of, and has something to be sought after given the rarity and more old school styling. The AEV Brute is a pickup truck conversion based on the Jeep Wrangler TJ SUV platform. First developed by American Expedition Vehicles in the 2000s, the Brute stretches the Wrangler TJ chassis by two feet, creating a 117.4 inch wheelbase. The conversion kit includes a bed, hardtop, frame extensions, and other less notable modifications. AEV offered the Brute as a kit or as a fully modified truck from 2007 to 2011, making this conversion quite rare!
